We’ll be hosting a free Bike Ed Workshop as part of Rideshare month at the Coalition HQ in downtown SLO! The short version of our workshops will be 1 hour, in our space to go over some basics about smart bike riding techniques.
When: Tuesday, October 11th, 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Why: Get the basics about riding your bike on the streets! Making your riding experience easier and more comfortable! Plus, it’s FREE.

We are hosting a free mini Bike Ed workshop on October 11th from 6:00 – 7:00pm at the Coalition HQ, to help people feel confident riding their bike on their commute.

Last Thursday was the last Kidical Mass of 2011, we were so happy to have all of you there celebrating school spirit with us. Thanks again for making the 2011 season the best yet, we’ll see you in May!

The Valet has reached the 25,000 milestone, thanks to you! Keep riding and parking your bikes at the Valet so we can hit 30,000!
Morro Bay’s July 4th celebration included the 2nd annual bike parade! We were glad to be a part of the parade, and park bikes at Tidelands Park at the end of the ride down the Embarcadero. Early estimates were around 500 participants in the parade, which went from the Rock to Tidelands, as a sea of red, white & blue on two wheels! See more photos on our flickr photostream here.
Thursday, June 30, join us for the ‘I bike SLO’ photobooth hosted every last Thursday of the month at the Bike Valet at the Downtown Farmer’s Market in SLO. It’s a great way to show off the personal flair of your bike!
