SLO Bike Kitchen Improvements!

The dedicated volunteer sous-chefs at the Bike Kitchen have been making some solid improvements of our downtown space in San Luis Obispo. Check ’em out below:

Improvements are constantly being made here in the Kitchen, stop by to see what we’ve been up to! We’re open Wednesdays & Thursdays from 4 – 7, and Sundays from 12 – 4. Location: 860 Pacific St (Corner of Moro & Pacific St), San Luis Obispo

    How did you make the tire rack? What did you use to mount it to the wall?

      Hi Nick!

      We used a steel plate with holes drilled in it (5″ x 7″) welded to the seat tube to mount it to the wall. You might be able to drill a hole right through the seat tube and use some washers/burly screws to mount it as well!

      We slightly over-engineered it to make sure it stays in the crappy drywall/light steel studs we have in our space.
